This includes shipping delays, minor color variations between digital proofs and finished products, and design changes requested after customer approval.

We understand that teams depend on receiving their uniforms within a reliable timeframe. To support timely preparation, United Sports Wear offers a 20-business-day production guarantee on qualifying jersey-only orders of 10 or more pieces.

The production countdown begins on the next working day after all the following requirements are completed:

• Approval of final artwork and design
• Submission of the complete player roster
• Confirmation of full order payment

The production commitment concludes when the completed package is dispatched. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from this calculation.

This production commitment does not cover the following order types:

• Purchases that include hoodies, shorts, pants, or other apparel
• Jerseys requiring specialized stitching or additional manufacturing work
• Long-sleeve, button-up, or tackle-twill designs
• Orders featuring multiple individual designs
• Orders with fewer than 10 jerseys
• International shipments outside standard delivery regions
• Purchases using promotional discounts or special offers
• Orders without complete payment before production begins

If an eligible purchase exceeds the promised production period and none of the listed exclusions apply, customers may submit a written claim to [Your Business Email] for assessment.

Once the claim is approved, United Sports Wear may provide up to 12 free jerseys with the customer's next qualifying purchase. The combined value of these complimentary items cannot exceed the amount paid for the original order.
